Arataki Visiting :)

On Tuesday every week we participate in this thing set up by the fire brigade and we work as a team, if one person doesn't do something properly then we all get punished.  It was extra interesting this week because the Arataki people from the college came up to Kawakawa Primary to teach us some commandments.  I reckon we were learning faster and better with their commucation  skills.  We were very good at everuything alse besides the march because most people.

 

Free Writing - weekend

 Last week on the weekend I went to bed at about 12am and woke up at like 1pm because I like sleep.  My dad went diving for saturday and forgot about me and my brother until 11:00pm and my mum was with my sister for the weekend for her wananga, so basically I was just on a 7 hour call with my cousin for the day, doing nothing but drinking monster and playing roblox and sleeping.  On Sunday my dad woke up and grabbed my brother and took him to waitangi.  My mum was with them, they didn't even bother to ask me.  They left and I was in the room again, drinking monster, sleeping and on another call with my friend.  That was the most boring weekend of my life.  (I was with my nan and papa for the weekend)

Leadership training

Every Tuesday at school there is this thing called Leadership Training.  It teaches us to always be in line and to follow instructions because our class is the worst at listening.  I really enjoy this leadership thing because it teaches us commands like "height" where you have to push your back upwards.

For the past 2 weeks we have been learning about different cultures and the differences on our country and theirs, me and my partner Noah have picked Mexico.

Te Reo Convosation

 

We were learning how say a convosation in Maori, a FULL convosation.  We used all of the sentances we learnt in the past few weeks we have been doing Te Reo.

The Importance Of Diversity - Publishing

For the past week or two we have been learning about the importance of diversity.  I found this hard because I had no idea what to put on my publishing and it took ages to think about.

Every week for Te Reo we have been learning basic phases and recording ourselves using these phrases to ask how your day was going or what are you doing on the weekend.  This is mine and Kyla's. :)
